The service
Vicaratva runs automated accessibility, UX, conversion and privacy audits against a URL you supply and returns a report. It is operated by Merlinvicki Creative Services Pvt. Ltd..
What the reports are — and are not
This is the most important clause on the page, so it is not buried. Automated testing detects a subset of real issues. Industry testing consistently finds that automated accessibility tooling catches roughly a third of WCAG success-criterion failures; the remainder require human judgement. Our UX, CRO and privacy narratives are generated by a language model and may contain errors or omissions.
Reports are therefore provided for guidance only. They are not legal advice, not an audit in the regulatory sense, and not a certification that any site complies with WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, the ADA, GDPR or any other standard or law. Do not represent them as such to a third party.
Acceptable use
By submitting a URL you confirm that you own the site or are otherwise authorised to test it. You must not:
- Scan sites you have no right to test, or use the service to probe others’ infrastructure.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas or the SSRF protections, or automate the service outside your plan.
- Submit URLs designed to cause our scanner to attack, overload or gain access to a third party.
- Resell or white-label reports as your own automated service without a written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and may block URLs or domains at our discretion.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@vicaratva.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plans, billing and quotas
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Each plan carries a monthly scan quota; scans beyond the quota may be refused until the next period or until you upgrade. You can change or cancel a plan from the billing dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not commit to an uptime level and may change, suspend or withdraw features. Scans depend on third-party sites and APIs that we do not control.
Your content
You keep all rights in the URLs and content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to fetch, process and store that content in order to produce and show you a report. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders by email where a change is material.
